Method of Payment: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Provide 16-digit card number, the name as it appears on the card and expiration date. Also personal checks, and money orders made payable to St. Andrews Products. COD is also available. Certain accounts may be approved for NET 30.
Artwork: We can accept any kind of art file you send us but we prefer PDF, EPS or JPEG.
Located: Warehouse and shipping facility is Michigan City Indiana. The map below shows standard ship times for UPS regular service.
Shipping Services: All International shipping papers provided free of charge. Full tracing capabilities on all shipments. Customer packaging and gift wrapping are available. Call for prices.
Returns/Exchange: All custom branded goods may only returned for manufacturers defects. Any issues must be reported to St. Andrews products within 5 days of receipt. Custom branded goods may not be exchanged for sizing issues. Hard good items that are ordered from stock may be returned by ordering entity within 5 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in same condition they were sent. Goods can also be returned for defect if reported within 5 days of receipt.
