All orders are shipped via regular service UPS or FedEx and cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Shipping costs will be added to all orders. For expedited service please contact customer service. International shipments are available with preparation of all custom papers at no charge.
In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 hours. Same day shipment is available at no additional charge. For special handling or events please contact customer service.
In some cases, large orders for a single item may qualify for a quantity discount. For large quantities call customer service to inquire stock availability.
All prices are U.S. dollars and are F.O.B. Michigan City, Indiana. Indiana residents add 7% sales tax. Michigan residents add 6% sales tax. All other states and local taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the end user. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Method of Payment:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Provide 16-digit card number, the name as it appears on the card and expiration date.
All custom branded goods may only returned for manufacturers defects. Any issues must be reported to St. Andrews products within 5 days of receipt. Custom branded goods may not be exchanged for sizing issues. Hard good items that are ordered from stock may be returned by ordering entity within 5 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in same condition they were sent. Goods can also be returned for defect if reported within 5 days of receipt.
We can accept any kind of art file you send us but we prefer PDF, EPS or JPEG.
